Resident Manager Openings
We currently have positions available for experienced Resident Managers. Our buildings are mainly in prime Seattle neighborhoods and one building is in the North-end. Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule, great leasing skills, the ability to get apartments ready to show quickly, repair abilities, and high attention to detail when completing leases and other paperwork. Resident Managers are responsible for tenant relations, leasing, collecting and depositing rents, routine building maintenance, and coordinating repairs and turnovers. Resident Managers must live on-site and compensation ranges from partial to full rent credit, depending on the size of the building. Plus extra money for painting and repairs. No smoking. Cats allowed at some properties, but only with additional deposit.
