Qualifications for Tenancy
- Gross income must be at least three times the rent amount or applicant must show evidence of an amount equal to six months rent in a bank account.
- All credit ratings must be favorable with no collections, judgments or other adverse credit history.
- Current and prior references from landlords must be favorable.
Some of our properties automatically require last month's rent in advance. At all other properties, a last month's rent may be required in the event that items one or two are not met. Under no circumstances will tenancy be accepted if prior landlord references are not favorable.

Rental applications should be submitted to either Bachtel Property Management or the building resident manager along with a $45 screening fee. Each applicant must complete a separate application and submit a screening fee (this includes co-signers, roommates, and spouses).
